An Interactive Session with Sammy Kanofsky of Soul|Light Ecotherapy

RSVP: EastBayTherapistCommunity@gmail.com

Sammy Kanofsky

Join us as we engage all the senses and connect mind, body, and spirit to explore the power of Ecotherapy as a tool for healing and inspiration. This workshop is suited for anyone curious to learn more about Ecotherapy and how nature-connection can be incorporated into personal and professional practice to facilitate a greater sense of connection and insight.

We will begin by reflecting on the ways nature has impacted our own sense of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and then move toward exploration of some simple yet effective Ecotherapy techniques that you can take home and/or into your own practice!
Light snacks and herbal tea will be served, with time for Q&A.

FREE with suggested donation to the Sogora'Te Land Trust, a women-led initiative to rematriate land and heal from the legacy of colonization and genocide in the East Bay.

Sammy loves helping people find their path through mindfulness, creative self-expression, and nature connection. As someone who spent most of her childhood and young adult years living with a core of anxiety that kept her from feeling truly free to be her best self, Samantha discovered the profound benefits of forest bathing (unstructured time in nature) in her 20's and never looked back.

She is excited to support people of all backgrounds in accessing more joy, health, and satisfaction through coming home to nature in community.
